Put your city in the form anyway. Berlin, Barcelona, London, Manchester, Madrid, Antwerp and Chicago all come up repeatedly, and it is better to know you are there than not.
Everything here is read personally. Every submission gets a reply, including the ones that are a no.
Nothing is uploaded and nothing is emailed. It is all done in person, on the day, before anything is filmed.
Sending passport scans through a web form creates a data-protection problem for both of us that neither of us needs. Doing it in person is faster, it is what the industry actually does, and a wet signature witnessed in the room is stronger than a tick-box.
